  • Naturalized Citizenship Certification

• Proof of Residence (one of the following):

  • Voter Registration Card​

  • Current Utility Bill for address within the state/local area

  • Lease for housing in the state/local area

  • Current vehicle registration

  • Federal student loan correspondence on which Delegate Applicant is named primary or secondary in the applicable state

  • If Delegate Applicant is not a licensed driver, she will need to present two forms of proof of bona fide residency from the list immediately noted above.

• Provide a Headshot from the waist up

• Talent:  Perform a 90 second talent that is performance based or a HERstory.  HERstory is a monologue about something you relate to that can come across to an audience as entertaining and shows us who you are and why you are who you are.
